Ola Cabs is a one of the largest and oldest Ridesharing Company in India.

It founded in December, 2010 by Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The main idea behind starting this platform was the problems faced by its founder.

Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati two computer sciences graduated students from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIT) Bombay face a problem of unavailability of vehicles and buses.

After facing such kind of problems they decided to introduce a platform which will resolve such kind of mobility issues in India.

It a output of their idea, it become successful in very short time due the strategy used by its founders.

Because its both the founders was B.Tech graduated in computer science. s

So that's why they know that how to apply the information technology in their platform.

Applying information technology in it by founders properly become the reason of its success.

Its Year to year with the huge success  help it in achieving the status of Unicorn of India with in the 5 years of its foundation in the month of march, 2015 with its entry valuation of around 1.6 billion dollars.

Time to time the investment or funding of Ola Cabs is increasing due to its huge success.

According to the Venture Intelligence the Ola Cabs valuation reachd to 7.3 billions dollars after the last round of funding.

If we see its user base then it has millions of customers or users base around India.

It also invested in its subsidiaries companies like Ola Electric, Ola Fleet, Ola Financial Services, and Ola Foods and so on.

According to Wikipedia it operating its services in 250+ cities in all over in India.

Wikipedia also specified that it offer its services in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

This means it not only limited to India but also provide its services to some other c countries.
